Each age group format is dependent on the number of teams that registered for the event. Teams were seeded based on summer league results, while also prioritizing the variety of opponents and bracketing non-league teams. Seeding is final as seen on the current schedule.

10 Team Brackets: three groups, one group of 4 and two groups of 3, single round robin games, top team from each group and one wild card advance to semi finals.
